There have been network problems recently with the ISP that hosts the Binc IMAP site.
Sorry for the inconvenience. I will probably be moving to savannah.gnu.org very soon. The URL for our site will then be www.gnu.org/bincimap. _If_ this project is approved, that is. The existing URL will probably be a location script.
