I'm sorry you've been having this problem, and I'm looking into solving it. However, Binc IMAP is, as Freshmeat and also the home page says, in Beta mode. That means that the server is not complete, and it isn't ready for production systems, but it is available for testing so that the community can help bring the server up to production quality. We are getting close, but there is still much work to do. So this IMAP server and its community can sadly not take any responsibility to what damage it may cause to your system.
