PMFJI, I am new here, and am not sure exactly what you are trying to fix, but I don't think that sleeping 1 second per file is a good idea, considering that I experience a big problems with performances... Have you think, by example, that 1 sec X 10 000 files = 2.8 hours? And we are talking about a server here; I think that 10 000 files, it's quite a small number.
