[bincimap] Migration from binc 1.1.2 to 1.1.8

Hi,

It's now possible to migrate from Binc 1.1.2 to Binc 1.1.8 without changing 
configuration files and without create folders problems ?

I prefere ask before that to do in a production environment... there is 
actually a complete success story with bincimap and others Andy's tools...
