Okay, here's a new attempt at that sentence: When the project reaches a stable state and we release 1.2.0, more features are likely to be added... And I'd like to add that these features will then be available for the 1.3.x development branch (although not necessarily part of it), and 1.2.x will be kept stable with no new features.
