what if we will make binc to print the log as qmail compatible format?
# i mean by qmail format:
#  status: 1/40
#  pid 1234 from 10.0.0.10
#  ok 1234 example.com:10.0.0.1:25 example.com:10.0.0.10:1234
#  end 1234 status 0

as many of users of binc are probably qmail users, many of them are probably interested in tools such as qmailmrtg7.

regarding qmailmrtg7, it's not too difficult to hack it to handle binc's current log but i wonder if binc's log would look like qmail's (such as qmail-smtpd, qmail-pop3d).

what do you think?
