I had just noticed my bincimap-subscribed file had a lot of duplicate entries inside.
To reproduce: Starting with no bincimap-subscribed, telnet in to binc and log in. An LSUB shows you've be auto-subscribed to "INBOX" and bincimap-subscribed is updated to show this. Now, issue a SUBSCRIBE command. You should find that INBOX is now listed twice in bincimap-subscribed. Additional SUBSCRIBE commands in the same session don't add more duplicates. Logging in again and issueing a new SUBSCRIBE causes all current entries to be duplicated. -- Jon Atkins The more things change, the more they stay insane.
