I had just noticed my bincimap-subscribed file had a lot of duplicate
entries inside.

To reproduce:

Starting with no bincimap-subscribed, telnet in to binc and log in. An LSUB
shows you've be auto-subscribed to "INBOX" and bincimap-subscribed is
updated to show this.

Now, issue a SUBSCRIBE command. You should find that INBOX is now listed
twice in bincimap-subscribed.

Additional SUBSCRIBE commands in the same session don't add more duplicates.
Logging in again and issueing a new SUBSCRIBE causes all current entries to
be duplicated.
