Nope.

Imagine, that you setup maildrop/procmail filters to parse messages for
spams (via spamprobe/bogofilter/spamassassin) and store them into
./Maildir/.spam/, but after user deletes that maildir, then mailfilter
is broken, mail is not delivered and doom's day is closer ;-)
