This is an important announcement. Three new mailing lists have emerged, and the current mailing list will be closed. Here are the new lists that will replace the current one:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] - General, client/server setup, admins, users. [EMAIL PROTECTED] - Developers, patches, bugfixes. [EMAIL PROTECTED] - Announcements, news, urgent notices. To subscribe, add -subscribe to the local part of the address, and post a message there ([EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED]). Note that there are a few differences between these lists and the original list (this list): 1) Posting is allowed by subscribers only. 2) The lists are not protected by qconfirm (yet). We will see if the requirement to subscribe will reduce the numbers of spam that hit the list. 3) All three lists are archived locally at the following location: http://www.bincimap.andreas.hanssen.name/archive I will see if I can get the news lists archived at the same locations as those we use today. Announcements will only be posted to binc-news, so I expect many of us will subscribe to more than one list. I have not auto-subscribed anyone to any of the lists. I encourage all to start using these new lists, and unsubscribe from this list.
