Plug a USB mic you can find readily for maybe $50-$100 (or speakerphone like the Polycom CX100- those are a bit pricey though) into the laptop and let the presenter use that through GTM?

All, We're tasked with setting up company meetings, and use our lunchroom for on-site staff. There is a set of speakers embedded in the ceiling, and we have a mixer so that the powerpoint presentations and videos all come through that and then go to the ceiling speakers. We also put gotomeeting on the presentation laptop, so that our remote staff can see it, and hear any videos, but we're having problems getting the presenters voices to the remote staff. We've tried putting a phone underneath a ceiling speaker, but that is way cheesy, and doesn't work well. We have Lync 2013, but it's mostly focused internally (that is, intracompany, though some are coming in over VPN or DirectAccess) - I'm not up on its configuration, though I can figure it out if necessary. I know there are some A/V geeks on this list. Any suggestions on a reasonably priced solution for this - for some value of "reasonable"? Thanks, Kurt
