Do you have the field populated below in your site system properties?

For some reason on the MP, I'm not able to click the drop down to get "Allow intranet and Internet connections". Instead I can only see, "Allow intranet-only connections". Any ideas why I can't allow for either or both? No matter what I do, it's only for Intranet.
