We are a 99% Dell shop so generally when we get an eval unit to test our Win7 model on I will grab the Dell Family Driver Pack .zip and start there. Our engineering/CAD applications often require the latest and greatest video drivers however so occasionally we will use those instead, but generally we stick with whatever was in the driver pack and don't update the drivers unless we have problems.

The drivers that ship with the laptop I am sure went through plenty of QA before shipping so is it best to stick with these? So far my method of using latest has not burned me yet but I guess better to be cautious if possible. Thoughts? Thanks!
