A cautionary note:If you apply firewall rules via GPO, then all locally defined firewall rules also remain active.
The tool rsop.msc does not show this.There is an option in GPO to make GPO firewall rules override local rules. However that does not only override local rules for the services and ports which are specified in that GPO, but it disables *all* locally defined firewall rules.
