Subject: [mssms] Endpoint Protection Definition status blank

I am running into an issue on several of my systems where the SCEP definition
information in the SCCM console is blank and reporting "service not running".
If I connect to the system SCEP is up to date and running and has a SCEP policy
applied from SCCM. I followed the article below with no resolution. I check
WMI and that is healthy and the SCCM client is communicating properly. I
looked at the EndpointProtectionAgent.log and saw the errors below. Has anyone
seen this issue before or any possible things to check?
