From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Iacaruso, Mike Sent: Tuesday, April 14, 2015 11:17 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [mssms] Endpoint Protection Definition status blank I am running into an issue on several of my systems where the SCEP definition information in the SCCM console is blank and reporting "service not running". If I connect to the system SCEP is up to date and running and has a SCEP policy applied from SCCM. I followed the article below with no resolution. I check WMI and that is healthy and the SCCM client is communicating properly. I looked at the EndpointProtectionAgent.log and saw the errors below. Has anyone seen this issue before or any possible things to check? http://www.windows-noob.com/forums/index.php?/topic/9190-solved-sccm-not-reporting-scep-definition-verison/ EndpointProtectionAgent.log errors <![LOG[EP State and Error Code didn't get changed, skip resend state message.]LOG]!><time="13:04:02.885+240" date="04-13-2015" component="EndpointProtectionAgent" context="" type="1" thread="2496" file="epagentimpl.cpp:155"> <![LOG[State 3, error code 0 and detail message are not changed, skip updating registry value]LOG]!><time="13:19:03.633+240" date="04-13-2015" component="EndpointProtectionAgent" context="" type="1" thread="1652" file="epagentimpl.cpp:207"> [cid:[email protected]] Mike Iacaruso Enterprise Desktop Engineer Office of Technology Services Towson University 410-704-3965 [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>
