In that vein, this should really be something that is inline/compatible
with their back end accounting software.  Making journal entries for sales
and inventory into the accounting system from the Point of Sale system is a
huge waste of time.
If they use Quickbooks, then Quickbooks Point of Sale (didn't abbreviate
it) makes sense.
