[NTSysADM] MCSE: Messaging/MSCA: Office 365?

I need to study for both the MSCA: Office 365 and MCSE: Messaging.  What 
recommendations would the group have in terms of books?  I found a few 
Microsoft Press books online but it looks like they have not been released yet.
