Have had this convo a few times lately. I think the hardest part is our environment, and we know many others never never go full BYOD/Mobile. We will always have thoudands of on-prem systems, VDI, etc. We will always need an Configuration Management tool (doesn’t have to be on-prem) to manage these devices to ConfigMgr or Intune, whatever it is will be around a while. It just may not be in its current form.
