[mssms] KB2952664 available in MU but not WSUS?

I noticed that KB2952664 shows up in Microsoft Updates as of 4/14/15, but it's 
not synching to my SCCM WSUS.  The one that came out in 2/15 was expired and 
has subsequently been cleaned out.
