That sounds about right for us as well. It would be nice if there were SP's for Windows 7 (post SP1) and Office 2013 (post SP1).

Depending on how many updates are being pulled from WSUS. Automated thumb drive: Boot to thumb drive and walk away - FULL install of everything = 30 mins. Language packs take a little longer.
