There is some stuff buried in the DevOps theme where some videos will mention operations Manager as a component of an overall strategy. It sounds really cool but it would be dependent on your company adopting the philosophy. We have a major in house app where I work and that team seems to have adopted that idea and it’s amazing how stable their app has become since they get the on call and ticket alerts. Unfortunately not all groups here are as keen on that approach 😊.
