We have bandwidth issues all the time.
We class room and reading and pouring over the forums.
The Secondary was the direction I felt we need to go.

All the Branch servers will be Secondary Sites with Distribution Points and 
WSUS.
Local PC’s will download from the Secondary Sites local to them and failback to 
the Primary across the WAN if needed.
