I uninstalled the KB3045645 patch but the ConfigMgr 2012 control panel applet
still requires UAC prompt to run. Anyone know how to change that? Properties
on the shortcut are not set to run as Administrator.

I guess the ConfigMgr client Control Panel applet has a customized .sdb file
because installing KB3045645 forces UAC prompts when you run it. I think I'll
pass...
