I’m not really familiar with the Lync 2013 MP but if you say SQL, I would suspect something with an action account that has SQL permissions. Normally it’s stated In the MP doc.

I trusted the agent deployment to a local admin and had assumed he had done the needed. Turned on the proxying and next a couple of hours it is working. Thanks mate.
