I’m not really familiar with the Lync 2013 MP but if you say SQL, I would
suspect something with an action account that has SQL permissions. Normally
it’s stated In the MP doc.

Fixed that one. I guess it takes time to pop up on screen.

Other services are still missing.

Should I see the SQL mirror pair behind?

Yes that got solved.
Also notice the mediation server is not detected but all Lync related server
have their proxying turned on.

Should there be a discovery happening which I need to induce or is it automatic?

You should turn on agent proxy as a default option, and this problem goes away
forever.

Henrik, that is spot on. I trusted the agent deployment to a local admin and
had assumed he had done the needed. Turned on the proxying and next a couple of
hours it is working.

Thanks mate.

I also downloaded the latest version of the Lync 2013 mgmt. pack (minor version
870).

Hi!

Seems that the Chat service hasn’t been discovered. You’ll have to
troubleshoot why that’s not happening. Could it be proxying not enabled on the
agent?

Greetings,

Any reason the PCHAT server status does not show in the hierarchy.
The SCOM agent is reporting all OK from the PCHAT server and the PCHAT server
is working fine.
