I'm not sure if this is due to the upgrade to 2012 r2, but the May updates are failing to appear in the console under "all updates". I had a few non critical in there, but I see that there security updates from May that aren't there. When I open the wsus console, I see the updates are there, but not in sccm. Not sure where to start in troubleshooting this. I already uninstalled and re installed the software update point role, didn't seem to work.
