SCOM 2012 R2, it may happen to others too that we haven't noticed but for sure on some random SQL alerts, we set the alerts status to say Acknowledged or Assigned To Engineering but randomly and periodically it change back to NEW which caused some confusion. We have the setting below but don't think this is the cause, this setting seems to work fine for its purpose, just the odd behavior mentioned above ... is there somewhere else to check ?
