So, you actually opened the logs (plural) and read through them for issues?

Its Keep on saying in compmon.log Can not get the current execution state for component SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER since it is not installed or completed installing. in Site system status as follows [Inline image 1] I tried Uninstall installation of IIS,Features.. Can any one help any other way tips here .. This MP earlier worked properly but due to some issue tried for installing the MP, Then this issue occurring.. If i keep for 3-4 hours .. Its saying failed to install the component.
