Hi, I have done a bit of googling today and cannot find a definitive answer for this.
We have a few users that are in and out of the office, and office policy dictates that when out then the OOF must be on. Needless to say this often gets forgotten. Now you can tag a an entry in your calendar to be exactly that, Out of Office. Can Outlook, with a 3rd party tool if required, be set to turn your Out of Office on, when your calendar is set to Out of Office? Outlook 2010 SP2, Exchange 2010 SP3.
