Multiple instances where FEP & SCEP caught it here.

What’s your engine version number? I’ve had devices protected with 4.7.x and 
also the newer 4.8.x revision. Maybe the devices were running older engines? A 
current pattern is not going to help if the core application/engine is not 
running the latest/hardened version and can be compromised.
