Great options, thanks!

I am also reviewing tapping into our Cisco VOIP infra in order to make these
calls and announce alerts. The developer in me wants to just use Skype or
Jabber API to do this for free ☺.

Opsgenie or pagerduty, they're my two suggestions at the moment. Personally
I'm using Opsgenie.

Guys,

Any recommendations on alert to phone call apps that might plug into SCOM
perhaps even via CLI channel?

I had a meeting today and it was apparent that incidents at night don’t get
addresses real well with texts or email, while we can send it onto 24x7 support
center… it will require significant training.
