I've heard the reasonng behind AlwaysOn not being supported, namely that SCCM is a beast when it comes to SQL usage, and that a write to SQL isn't commited until it is confirmed for all members of the AlwaysOn availability group (or something to that affect, I'm not a SQL expert)
