Change the deployment availability time to the day before. I just ran into this same issue with a coworker who did a clean install, created a TS, then couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t run. A look in the smsts.log file will show it seeing the deployment but with it not being available yet. As far as I know, it’s a bug…not sure of the status.
