When doing a manual download, the download is being done using your console on
the system you are running it on, in the context your console is run under, and
using the proxy settings from that context. Only automatic update downloads
performed by an ADR use this setting.

Subject: [mssms] SCCM Proxy settings

I am trying to get my SCCM server to use a specific proxy server for
downloading software updates. According to the documentation that I have read,
I need to set this under the site system 'Proxy' properties. When I attempt
to download updates, my networking guys are telling me that it isn't hitting
the proxy server that I am telling it to use. Thus my updates fail to
download. I am performing a manual download. Is there something I'm missing?
