[msmom] Exchange 2010 MP - anyone?

Greetings,

When I run Get-MailboxDatabase | Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus in exchange 2010 
management shell, one of the properties I get is a CopyQueueLength, 0 is normal.

Exchange admins asked if it is being monitored or not, but I am having a hard 
time figuring out. E.g.:
