There is a stored proc that gives you some data around that.

I think its exec spdiagdrs.

Hello folks

Has anyone successfully managed to be able to drill down into Articles and 
tables to identify which are the most heavily loaded ones with respect to 
replication please?

I know that it's easy down as far as replication groups but after that becomes 
a little more tricky to see what is replicating
