So I can set a test list to a dp and push a 1 kb file.
I would see in those logs if it pulled from the Primary site or the local dp.

See DataTransferManager.log for where a PullDP is downloading from

Server side look in the iis logs for the DP to see if the server is return a 
200 series http code (success) or a 400 series (access denied / content not 
found) by filtering on the ip address of the client
