No. It will stop collecting data from agents, and agents will use their
natural local queues to store their data until the management server comes back
up.
Hundreds or thousands of cumulative local agent queues has much better
capacity to store data over a large central queue.

Hi all. We are having fail-over tests and the question was brought up that if
a management servers connection to the database is severed would it still
continue collecting agent data?
