Here are the commands I'm running:

Diskpart
ListDisk
Select Disk 0
Clean
Create Partition Primary
Active
Format Fs=Ntfs quick
Assign letter=C
Active

Imagex.exe /Apply D:/MyImg.wim 1 C:\

So I need to run BCDBoot? Like this: BCDBoot C:\Windows /s /c:

How do I set the Boot Partition active?
