19 hours definitely is not normal though. You may want to look at performance during that time to see if you had any bottlenecks.

OK, I am upgrading to SCCM 2012 R2 from SCCM 2012 SP1 CU5. I launched the upgrade 19 hours ago, and it is still running.
What is going on? What should I do next?
