Has anyone tried the Adtran/Bluesocket stuff? I did an eval and they looked
pretty nice, but it was just for my own needs so was wondering if anyone
actually has them in production.

I second the vote for Ubiquiti products - very solid at a great price point
(and our wireless solution). Meraki (a Cisco company) also has good hardware
and a nice management interface.

Both have centralized management interfaces, Ubiquiti's on your local network
and Meraki's in the cloud. Ubiquiti is a one-time purchase, however, while
Meraki products are subscription based (even though you buy the hardware, it's
useless if you don't maintain the subscription for the cloud-based management).
Unless you need the convenience of Meraki, Ubiquiti has worked wonderfully for
us.

Best,
Dan

Take a look at Ubiquiti https://www.ubnt.com/enterprise/

We are replacing Cisco at %dayjob% with this. I have used this elsewhere as
well with good results.

I'm shopping for a new internal wireless solution and was wondering if anyone
here has opinions on what's the best gear right now.
I've been looking at traditional Cisco gear(55xx controllers, 37xx APs),
Meraki, Ruckus, and Aruba is on my list to look at.
Everything seems to have pluses and minuses.

Does anyone have opinions on what gear they like, what to avoid?

Thanks,
Jon
