Windows 10 initially will offer the same capabilities that are in Windows 8.1. We are looking at extending that with future updates.

Anyway its exactly the same thing that we already have on Windows 8.1, which isn’t enough in my point of view. It would be great if we can pin apps into specific groups on Start Screen Layout via GPO. We are crossing the fingers to have something new that will allow us to get the start screen layout manage by both parts (end-user and system admin).
