Always used PS2EXE myself. Uses c++ to compile. Not sure how secure it is 
though.

It’s all a matter of how much trouble someone wants to spend. At some point the 
command has to be sent to the PowerShell engine and it will be in clear-text at 
that point and can be retrievable.

Does anyone use PowerShell Studio 2015? If so, do you use the option to create 
an EXE from your script? Is that a useful option? Can the EXE be decompiled to 
get the original source back?
