I was able to get one of the Server 2012 R2 DPs going by clicking "Allow 
clients to connect anonymously".  I'm hoping this will do the trick for the 
rest of the servers.  Thanks for your help

As for the Win7 not seeing the DP Is this boundary related?


 


Try adding an IP address boundary for that one PC's address and add the DP to 
it to test

R2.  The install and configuration works fine but clients (Windows 7) will not 
communicate with the local DP on the same subnet.  I suspect IIS but I won't to
