It'll be sharing some common files with the Office 2013 already on the disk I guess, which is not supported:
Side-by-side installations of MSI and Click-to-Run versions of Office 2013 are not supported https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2753630 So from the looks of it, you'd need to use the MSI installer for Skype for Business for these guys, or swap their Office 2013 to using Office 365 ProPlus (click-to-run). You can't mix. Same problem with people already running Project 2013 and Visio 2013 on their machines. Wondering if the new (Office 2016) version of Office 365 ProPlus will allow this though, since they might not share those common files.
