No you cannot. According to MS it’s a violation of the license agreement to continue using the legacy Office installer once you’ve changed your licensing over to Office 365.

You can’t mix. Same problem with people already running Project 2013 and Visio 2013 on their machines. Wondering if the new (Office 2016) version of Office 365 ProPlus will allow this though, since they might not share those common files.
