The best-practice is to keep folders such as this outside of your My Documents 
/ My Pictures / etc, folder structures.  These folders can be default scanned 
by a lot of apps, and from what it looks like now, your operating system as 
well.  I've seen porn show up in screensavers before because of this faux pas.
I would consider putting out a company-wide alert regarding this before 
upgrading to Windows 10.  Even if you try to control the functionality, things 
do go wrong sometimes.--
