What are the permissions on that share and the folder that is specified; i.e., share *and* NTFS permissions? The Network access account defined in ConfigMgr needs to have write access. Also, dynamic logging should only be used for testing - it's a lot of overhead. And why in the world would you use an IP Address instead of a server name - are you from the *nix world where they think a bunch of numbers is cool?
