Phil, where's the SQL to pull out those unique GUID's and display make & model.
Let's create a shame list!

I seem to recall Todd posting something a long time ago about having this issue
when Dell comes to replaces motherboards in desktops/laptops.

Still happens Phil - even with on-board NIC. Normally can be solved using the
Banned GUIDs registry key.

Subject: [mssms] Quick Poll - Duplicate SMBIOS UUID Issue in OSD

Hi folks,

Just a quick one - anyone still having issues with PXE booting due to duplicate
SMBIOS Guids these days?

I know it was an issue in SCCM2007 but just wondered if anyone is seeing this
or if it was fixed at some point.

Specifically thinking of Tablets/Laptops which might be built from a USB NIC
etc.

Cheers
