Thought 5.0 SP3 was required on SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 / 2012 SP2.

We already moved to 5.0 but they left 4.6 on the machines. SO we will be 
removing it from all machines now.

No, as far as my experience goes App-v 4.6 is not compatible at all with 
Windows 10.
 
Several builds ago it wouldn’t install and attempts to upgrade an existing 
machine with 4.6 would flag it as incompatible.  We were moving to App-V 5 so 
we didn’t pursue it much beyond that initial testing.

This is probably a known issue but we found that upgrading a machine to windows 
10 that had app-v 4.6 installed.
Doesn’t allow a user to logon to the machine unless they have admin rights.
Just wondering if this is a known issue or not.
