Could you take a couple snaps of the Task Sequence itself and your Win Updates
steps?

Have you got wsus integrated into sccm, or are you trying to point out to
download from a wsus server?

Subject: [mssms] Using ZTIWindowsUpdate.wsf to Install updates in B&C

SCCM2012 R2 SP1 with MDT 2013 integration.

I've read a few articles about installing Updates during a B&C TS.
I like this method. Any cons using this method??

The updates will not install. The "Searching for Updates" Step will popup, but
after a minute it stop, and I'll get the windows 7 logon dialog box.

WindowsUpdatelog. Is this the problem?
