No reason at all other than it's just plain OS with no updates, apps, 
customizations, etc.  It's not so much a question of can you as a question of 
should you :)

Never really thought about it before - any reason you can't just use the 
install.wim from let's say Win7/Win8.1 vs building a system and then capturing
